Privacy policy

This policy covers this website, capoai.ai. Operational text messages sent by the Capo AI product have their own SMS privacy policy.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and company;
• if you give them, your role, number of locations and phone number.

With the request we also record the time it was sent, your IP address and your browser's user agent.

How we use it

We use it only to contact you about Capo AI. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) stores it, and our email provider delivers the notification that tells us about your request. Neither uses it for anything else.

How we measure use of this site

We run our own analytics, on our own servers. We record which pages are viewed, where a visit came from (the linking site and any campaign tags in the link), which sections are seen, which links and buttons are used, how far a page is scrolled, how long it is on screen, whether the demo form is sent, and your device type, browser, browser window width, language and time zone.

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. To count visitors without storing your IP address, we turn your IP address and browser into a code using a secret key. The code changes every day. A random session code is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so we can tell which pages were part of the same visit. We keep these measurements for up to 14 months.

Separately, our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, the address requested and the page that linked to it) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

This data stays in our Google Cloud account. We don't sell or share it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your request until you ask us to delete it. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email harry@ricestudiogroup.com.
